A 2,000 sq ft office building, together with car parking, acquired unconditionally for conversion into 3 luxury apartments. Completed at the end of July 2022, and now launched through our selling agents.
A 4,500 sq ft former restaurant, over ground and lower ground, within a Grade A listed tenement and acquired unconditionally in February 2022. Planning permission now obtained to convert into 7 apartments, with a start on site anticipated by September 2022.
